Redwood Residential Acquisition Corporation, Redwood Trust, Inc. and RBS Securities Inc. entered into an Underwriting Agreement providing for the underwriting of the Sequoia Mortgage Trust Series 2012-6 Class A-IO1 Certificates by RBS Securities Inc.
