On February 11, 2013, Phillips 66 issued a press release announcing a regular quarterly dividend of 31.25 cents per share payable on March 1, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 18, 2013. The record date has been corrected to February 21, 2013. The payment date remains March 1, 2013.
