On February 7, 2013, NIC Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its fourth quarter and fiscal 2012 financial results and its fiscal 2013 financial outlook. A copy of the press release is furnished with this report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99, and is incorporated by reference herein.
