On February 5, 2013, the Company issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (the “EPA”) has awarded it a multi-year contract to provide Emergency and Rapid Response Services in the EPA’s Region 10. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
