On February 4, 2013, the Company received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of the Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) informing the Company that the staff has determined that for the 10 consecutive business days, from January 18, 2013 to February 1, 2013, the closing bid price of the Company’s stock has been at $1.00 or greater. Accordingly, the Company has regained compliance with Listing Rule 5450(a)(1).
