On February 4, 2013 PBF Energy Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the completion of a new crude unloading facility at its Delaware City refinery and the arrival of the first unit trains at the refinery’s new facility.  The Company also provided information about a potential new rail project and agreements for additional rail car assets. A copy of the press release is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
