On February 1, 2013, China VantagePoint Acquisition Company (the “Company”) determined to change its fiscal year end
from March 31 to December 31. Accordingly, the Company will file a transition report on Form 10-K for the nine months ended December
31, 2012 and two years ended March 31, 2010 and 2011.
