On February 1, 2013, Bank of Marin Bancorp (Nasdaq BMRC), parent company of Bank of Marin (the "Bank"), hereby announces the planned retirement of Kevin K. Coonan from the position of Chief Credit Officer of the Bank in the fourth quarter of 2013. The Bank is in discussions with a qualified candidate to succeed Mr. Coonan as the Chief Credit Officer.
