On January 31, 2013, Empire Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its common stock has been approved for listing on The NASDAQ Capital Market, commencing February 4, 2013, under the symbol “ERS.” A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is hereby incorporated by reference herein.
