Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On January 25, 2013, Melanie Montenegro provided notice to Spanish Broadcasting System, Inc. (the “Company”) that she is resigning from her positions of Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the Company, effective immediately. Ms. Montenegro will assist the company in the transition of her duties.
