Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 30, 2013, MIPS Technologies, Inc. issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the second quarter ended December 31, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.01 to this Current Report.
