Item 5.02 Departure of Director or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
As previously disclosed in the Form 8-K filed December 19, 2012, Lisa Gersh will be stepping down as President and Chief Executive Officer of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. (the “Company”). Ms. Gersh’s last day of employment with the Company will be February 7, 2013. Mr. Daniel Taitz, the Company’s Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, will act as interim principal executive officer until a new chief executive officer has been named.
