Item 8.01. Other Events.
On January 23, 2013, Whirlpool Corporation issued a press release announcing that the U.S. International Trade Commission found that large residential washers imported from South Korea and Mexico caused injury to the U.S. industry. A copy of the press release is attached and incorporated herein by reference.
