On January 23, 2013, the Compensation Committee of our Board of Directors approved a three-year, time-based long-term incentive program for certain members of our management, including our Named Executive Officers: Gordon A. Wilson ($1,750,000); Eric J. Bock ($800,000); Philip Emery ($800,000); and Kurt Ekert ($900,000). Forms of the award agreements will be filed as exhibits to our Annual Report on Form 10-K to be filed for the year ended December 31, 2012.
