On January 25, 2013, TCF Financial Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had entered into a settlement with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (the “OCC”) related to its Bank Secrecy Act compliance program.  The press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
