On January 23, 2013, US Airways Group, Inc. (the “Company”) announced via press release the Company’s results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2012, provided an update to its financial and operational outlook for 2013, and conducted a publicly-available conference call discussing those results. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
