Effective January 11, 2013, Randall C. Hall was appointed Chief Financial Officer of M&F Bancorp, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Mechanics and Farmers Bank, succeeding Lyn Hittle upon her retirement, as previously announced.
