Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 16, 2013, the Company issued a press release announcing the receipt of a proposal from Athens Acquisition LLC. The Company further announced that the January 24, 2013 distribution/payment date of the rights under the Company’s previously announced Shareholder Rights plan will be delayed pending approval of the Michigan Gaming Control Board. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
