On January 16, 2013, A. M. Castle & Co. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a plan of restructuring expected to reduce costs and improve operating performance. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated in this Item 7.01 by reference.
The Company will present via live webcast a review of the restructuring plan on Thursday, January 17, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. ET. Copies of the slides containing supplemental information to be used as part of the webcast are attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report and are incorporated by reference herein.
