Item 7.01             Regulation FD Disclosure

On January 16, 2013, Cole Real Estate Investments, as the sponsor of Cole Corporate Income Trust, Inc. (the “Company”), sent a letter to financial advisors and broker-dealers regarding recent property acquisitions made by the Company and the decision of the Company’s board of directors to terminate the Company’s public offering, which currently is expected to occur on August 30, 2013. A copy of the letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
