Sierra Monitor Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.01 per Share

Milpitas, California – January 15, 2013 – Sierra Monitor Corporation today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share of common stock. The cash dividend will be payable on February 15, 2013 to shareholders of record on January 31, 2013. This is the second quarterly dividend to be paid by the Company and represents a quarterly payout of approximately $100,043 in aggregate, based on 10,004,311 shares outstanding as of December 31, 2012.
