On January 10, 2013, Tilly’s, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing intra-quarter comparable store sales percentage results and updated earnings guidance. A copy of the Company’s press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
