Departure of Directors or Principal Officers
On December 24, 2012, Mr. Charles Potter resigned as President and CEO of Anoteros. On December 28, 2012, Board Members John E. McConaughy, Jr., Scott Neff, Tom Childers also resigned from the Company. The resignation of the directors and officer were on good terms with the company. While their service to the Company was greatly appreciated, the Company will continue its efforts in maintaining the business and pursuing business opportunities.
