Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On January 7, 2013, PetroQuest Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the sale of its Fayetteville Assets, updating its operating activities, fourth quarter production guidance and 2013 hedge position. This press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
