The Company issued a press release on January 7, 2013 announcing that it will release its 4th quarter 2012 earnings on February 7, 2013 before the market opens. The Company will webcast a conference call to discuss the results at 10:00am ET on the same day. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
