On January 4, 2013, Bill Barrett Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain guidance metrics for its 2013 operating plan. On January 7, 2013 the Company issued a press release announcing management’s plans to participate in the Goldman Sachs Global Energy Conference 2013. The Company will post an updated investor presentation at 5:00 p.m. Mountain time on Monday, January 7, 2013 on the homepage of the Company’s website at www.billbarrettcorp.com.
Copies of the press releases are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
