Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc. expects to host a conference call and live Internet webcast along with a slide presentation on January 4, 2013, at 8:00 a.m. EST (5:00 a.m. PST) to announce 2013 financial guidance. A copy of the presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by this reference.
