Increase in Distribution Rates
On December 31, 2012, PPL Corporation issued a press release announcing the issuance on December 28, 2012 by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission ("PUC") of a final order approving an approximately $71 million increase in annual distribution revenues for its subsidiary PPL Electric Utilities Corporation ("PPL Electric Utilities"), effective January 1, 2013. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and incorporated herein by reference.
