Associated Banc-Corp (the “Company”) has accepted the resignation of John C. Seramur from the Board of Directors of the Company and its subsidiaries, effective December 31, 2012. Mr. Seramur has been a member of the Company’s Board since 1997.
Mr. Seramur’s decision to resign did not relate to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
