Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 20, 2012, Xun Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) presented certain nonpublic information to private individuals in New York, including the Company’s mission, strategy, structure, business model, and execution plan of staged goals for over a five year plan. The Company also discussed its current focus which includes the 45 oil and gas well locations located in Venango County, Pennsylvania. A copy of the Power Point Presentation used in the Company’s presentation is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference
