On December 20, 2012, China BAK Battery, Inc., a Nevada corporation, issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended September 30, 2012. A copy of the press release is hereby furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
