On December 17, 2012, GeoMet, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s bank group approved continuing its borrowing base at $115 million.
A copy of the press release dated December 17, 2012 is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
