On December 11, 2012, the Company issued a press release announcing that it will pay the deferred payments and resume interest payments on its outstanding junior subordinated debentures relating to its two trust preferred securities. On December 18, 2012, the Company issued a release correcting the prior release and noting that payment on its 7.50% junior subordinated debentures due September 2066 and related trust preferred securities would be delayed until March 2013.
