Pebblebrook Hotel Trust Declares Dividends For the Fourth Quarter 2012

Bethesda, MD, December 14, 2012 -- Pebblebrook Hotel Trust (NYSE: PEB) (the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Trustees has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per common share of beneficial interest, to be paid on January 15, 2013 to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2012. The common dividend represents an annualized yield of approximately 2.2% based on the closing price of the common shares on December 13, 2012.
 
The Board of Trustees also authorized, and the Company has declared, a quarterly cash dividend of $0.4921875 per share of the Company's 7.875% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares of Beneficial Interest, to be paid on January 15, 2013 to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2012, and a quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per share of the Company's 8.0% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares of Beneficial Interest, to be paid on January 15, 2013 to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2012.
