On December 11, 2012, Susan R. Taylor notified eMagin Corporation (the “Company”) that she is resigning as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, effective as of December 25, 2012. There was no disagreement or dispute between Ms. Taylor and the Company which led to her resignation.
