Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 11, 2012, The Williams Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had agreed to acquire certain general partner and limited partner interests in Access Midstream Partners, L.P. and affirming the Company’s dividend guidance for 2013 and 2014. A copy of the press release is furnished and attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
