Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On December 11, 2012, the Board of Directors of Infinity Resources Holdings Corp. (the “Company”) approved a change to the Company’s fiscal year end from June 30 to December 31. The report for the transition period ending December 31, 2012 will be filed on Form 10-K.
