On December 4, 2012, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has approved a special dividend to be paid to the holders of the outstanding shares of capital stock. A cash dividend of $1.30 per share of common stock outstanding will be paid on December 27, 2012 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 14, 2012.
