Item 8.01 – Other Events
On November 28, 2012, Pacific Gold Corp. (the “Company”) was notified by The Depository Trust Company (“DTC”) that the deposit transaction restriction (Deposit Chill) imposed on the Company’s common stock has been lifted and that DTC has resumed accepting deposits of the Company’s common stock for depository and book-entry transfer services.
