David Michery has tendered his resignation as a member of our Board of Directors, effective November 19, 2012. Mr. Michery will continue as a consultant to the Company and be responsible for all music operations of the Company
On November 19, 2012, we issued a press release announcing the resignation of David Michery, as an executive member of its Board of Directors. A copy of that press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
