The Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Redwood Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) will present at will the J.P. Morgan SMid Cap Conference in New York, NY, on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at 1:45 p.m. Eastern Time, 10:45 a.m. Pacific Time.  The presentation materials that will be used by Redwood Trust during the J.P. Morgan Conference described above will be made available during the week of November 26, 2012 (not later than 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time, 4:00 a.m. Pacific Time, on Wednesday, November 28, 2012) through the “Investor  Information – Presentations” section of Redwood Trust’s website:  A live audio webcast of the Company’s presentation at the J.P.
