Item 8.01. Other Events
On November 23, 2012, Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd. (“Argo Group”) completed its previously announced redemption of its 9.75% PXRE Capital Trust III $15,464,000 Junior Subordinated Debt Securities at a redemption price equal to 100.975% of the principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest through the date of redemption.
