Item 8.01. Other Events.
On November 16, 2012, Graphic Packaging Holding Company issued a press release announcing an agreement to acquire Contego Packaging Holdings Limited, a leading food and consumer product packaging company based in the United Kingdom. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
