China Green Creative, Inc. effected a 60-to-1 reverse stock split July 23, 2012. All per share amounts and calculations in this Quarterly Report and the accompanying consolidated condensed financial statements have been retroactively adjusted to reflect the effects of the reverse stock split.
Explanatory Note
China Green Creative, Inc. (the “Company”) is filing this Amendment No. 1 on Form 10-Q (the “Amendment”) to the Company’s quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2012 (the “Form 10-Q”), filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 19, 2012 (the “Original Filing Date”), solely to furnish Exhibit 101 to the Form 10-Q in accordance with Rule 405 of Regulation S-T.
