Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 16, 2012, GeoGlobal Resources Inc. (“GeoGlobal”) issued a press release announcing its operating highlights and selected financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2012. A copy of GeoGlobal’s press release dated November 16, 2012 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
