On November 13, 2012, the Board of Directors of First Community Financial Corporation, the parent company of The First National Bank of Mifflintown, declared a one-time special cash dividend of $0.15 per share and a quarterly cash dividend of $0.215 per share. The special cash dividend and the quarterly cash dividend will be paid together on December 21, 2012, to shareholders of record on December 14, 2012.
