FEI Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.08 per Share
  
HILLSBORO, Ore., November 15, 2012 - FEI Company (NASDAQ: FEIC) announced that its board of directors has approved payment of a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on January 22, 2013 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on January 9, 2013.
The timing and amounts of future dividends are subject to determination and approval by FEI's board.
