Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 12, 2012, Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc. (the “Company”) (i) issued a press release, a copy of which is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference, reporting financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2012, and (ii) held a conference call, a transcript of which is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference, to discuss the foregoing results.
