On November 1, 2012, Bravo Brio Restaurant Group, Inc. accepted the resignation of Ronald F. Dee, Senior Vice President of Development, effective November 16, 2012. The Company appreciates the contributions of Mr. Dee to Bravo Brio Restaurant Group, Inc. during his time with the Company.
