Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

On October 31, 2012, the Board of Directors of Accelr8 Technology Corporation (the “Company”) approved a resolution changing the Company’s fiscal year-end from July 31 to December 31. The Company will file a report on Form 10-K for the transition period ending on December 31, 2012.
